Come visit the farm this summer and indulge in a muti-course dinner, paired with our lovely fruit wines.

Course One

House made focaccia bread, with saskatoon balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Paired with Sodbuster Rhubarb Wine

Course Two:
Spring mix, candied pecans, saskatoons, goat feta and edible flowers, with a lemon vinaigrette. Paired with Farmboy saskatoon wine.

Course Three:
Bison Ricotta stuffed mushrooms, drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Paired with Fearless apple wine.

Course Four:
Lemon Mint Sorbetto

Course Five:
Braised beef short ribs, served with parsnip puree, duchesse potatoes, seasonal vegetable and garnished with micro greens. Paired with Back Breaker black currant wine.

Course Six:
Vanilla gelato in a brandy snap drizzled with caramel sauce. Paired with Prairie Life apple pie spirits.
