• Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls/Focaccia/Croissants with Whipped Butter
• Carrot Salad: Honey Roasted Carrots, Steamed Carrots, Fresh Shaved Carrots, Toasted Almonds, Honey Yogurt, Lemon Gel, Fresh Parsley
• Coconut Butternut Squash Soup: Roasted Squash, Toasted Hazelnuts, Nutmeg Chantilly
• Glazed Pork Belly: Maple Glazed Pork Belly, Potato Espuma, Cured Egg Yolk, Green Peas, Micros
