Our spirits selection started in 2019 – when we branched away from our wine and started making spirits. From potatoes and wheat to wine and hemp, we start with top quality, certified organic ingredients and create our products from there.
Donating / giving has always been a top priority to the Birds & Bees family (to both STARS ambulance and The Stollery Children’s Hospital) as we are firm believers in helping out the community.
When it comes to our creations, we love exploring nature through a bottle. Whether that be walking through the bush or along the prairie we see dozens of potential ingredients to experiment with. When you start with wholesome organic ingredients we let our products speak for themselves. From field to glass, every time.

Established in 2016, Epitaph has gone on to earn accolades in its short life, including a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Using premium ingredients including juniper, coriander and hand-grated lemon zest, the gin’s real star is the butterfly pea blossom, giving Epitaph Blue Gin its signature, deep blue hue.
When tonic or citrus is added to the gin, a remarkable transformation takes place: the cocktail turns lavender – a delight at dinner parties, and among friends.
Today, Epitaph has grown and evolved, as many of us do, into enthusiasts of premium, well-made products, remarkable experiences and lives well lived.

Lone Pine Distilling provides a unique local take on premium craft distilling, featuring one-of-a-kind recipes alongside traditional flavours. Our offerings include gin and vodka. We started production in the summer of 2020 after an extended build of the distillery featuring a large hybrid still with twin distillation towers exceeding 17 ft.
The distillery has a large production area along with a cocktail lounge.

Pivot Spirits is Southern Alberta’s Irrigation Farm Distillery. We sustainably grow and distill special varieties of crops grown under pivot irrigation that result in unique tasting spirits. We hope to someday have spirits produced from irrigated crops in Southern Alberta recognized for having their own terroir.
The spent mash from grain batches is fed back to our cows. Our facility is solar powered and filled with energy efficient equipment. Our focus is to support other farming families and small businesses. We strive to source our ingredients as locally as possible.
All our spirits are 100% made in Alberta. We currently have Vodka, Gin, young Whisky, and Liqueur spirits for sale.

The word Skunkworks refers to innovative projects backed by science and engineering. All car, aeronautical, and many oil and gas companies have a Skunkworks division which work towards propelling their company into new creative directions.
The owners of Skunkworks Distillery, Marty Lastiwka and Faye Warrington, are overly geeky with technical backgrounds and this distillery is their Skunkworks project. The distillery is located in Calgary’s Manchester Industrial area (the Barley Belt) and had its grand opening in November 2019. Skunkworks Distillery is proud to have been the first ‘legal’ moonshine distillery in southern Alberta.

Our tiny boomtown building in the heart of Old Strathcona is the smallest distillery in North America. We’re Edmonton’s oldest distillery.
