Rob Filipchuk, former wine merchant and owner of Cristall’s Wine Market, is not new to the food and wine industry.  Rob has enjoyed learning about food and wine through extensive travel and previous work experience, and is always excited to share that knowledge with Edmontonians looking for a fresh dining experience.   

Since opening our doors in December of 2013, Rob continues to refine and develop our unique Gastropub food and beverage menu. We offer a high quality food and drink experience in a casual dining environment. In the warmer months, you can enjoy your food and drinks on our beautiful outdoor patio which was voted in the top 100 Outdoor Dining Areas in Canada by OpenTable diners!
